While this may not sound like such a bad thing, keep in mind that if you are planning to exercise while on your detox cleanse, it may potentially disrupt your metabolic rate and even your blood glucose levels. While this may not sound like that big a deal, it has the potential to lead you to passing out, as well as other health consequences.
